Timber Point Building Co. is set up to handle everything from structural repair or relocation of historic buildings to designing and constructing new timber framed buildings using locally sawn native lumber, or salvaged materials.

Daniel Pedersen, owner of the company based in Western Massachusetts, is a professional member of the Timber Framer's Guild.

Our company provides employment for local craftsmen, millwrights, sawyers, and a host of suppliers each time we put up a building. All of them located right here in the Valley.

The goal is to bring high quality building materials together into an elegant and appropriate form of construction that can endure for generations.

We can handle all residential, commercial, and agricultural building projects from design to frame and finish.
